How Our Products are Sold

Willabay Design LLC only sells the binary load versions of the Tibbo software that is associated with our security applications. The actual source code is considered proprietary. The EDMS application is available using our online order system. Access to our order pages can be found under the EDMS product section on this site.

The available builds that will be supported for the EDMS application is limited to those compatible with Tibbo’s currently available TIDE Development Environment version and the currently available firmware version for the supported Tibbo devices.

Our ordering pages for every Willabay Design application will list our products based on the version of the software application and the Tibbo device, typically a programmable controller or the TPS system, that the application needs to be installed on.

The remote portal portion of the EDMS system consists of a set of scripts that are used to collect data from the EDA on a Tibbo device and make it available to users of the system. This package is currently a product that Willabay Design is offering free of charge to all of our EDMS customers. Willabay Design will provide all support for this remote portal for the immediate future. It should be noted that the customer’s MySQL database may also be hosted on the hosting servers owned by a property manager or any other 3rd party who has an agreement with the customer to support the database itself.

EDMS customers do not have to purchase anything to utilize our servers as their remote portal. Additional documentation regarding the server side of the EDMS may be found in the Server Product section of our website.
